It realy helped my a lot. Firmware upgrades for your recorder are provided only by the Manufacturer of your recorder. I already had the IMAPI service disabled. This was the first serious burning problem that had ever happened.

Read comments and someone suggested cleaning the lens with a cotton bud. reply IMAPI isn't needed for Nero or other apps ! Tnx a lot! The default speed (2.4x or so) it had auto-detected lead to the error. Sent from my All-In-One Desktop.
